Why did you choose to attend Kalamazoo College?
Excellent foreign language and study abroad programs and small class sizes.
What do you enjoy most about road trips during your season?
Being with my teammates.
Who is your all-time favorite athlete and why?
Steve Prefontaine because he was an incredible runner who truly dedicated himself to his sport.
What is your favorite class and why?
I really enjoyed taking Business Statistics. I found the subject fascinating.
Who is your favorite professor and why?
The German department at K really is excellent. They have been nothing but encouraging, outstanding educations who are passionate and dedicated to their profession.
Other than the sport you play, what other sports activity are you good at?
I can throw a football and hit a softball pretty well.
Is there another game in which you dominate? (card games, lawn games, pool, darts, etc.)
I'm quite good at the card game Egyptian Rat Screw.
Outside of sports, what is your favorite hobby?
I love to cook and bake. I also like photography and going for walks.
What is your favorite meal in the cafeteria?
I love when they have the brie and strawberry salad! It's delicious.
What do you enjoy most about practice?
Just getting to play tennis every day.
What are your plans/goals after graduation?
I would like to teach English abroad and later teach English as a second language to immigrants in the United States.
