Kalamazoo College Volleyball Camps
July 24, 2024 - Youth (Grades 1-5) (male & female athletes)
July 25, 2024 - All Skills (Grades 6-12) (male & female athletes)
July 26, 2024 - Prospect (Grades 9-12) - (for female athletes who want to go on to collegiate level of play); this day is dependent on numbers that sign up
Hours: 8 am - 12 pm.
Anderson Athletic Center gymnasium will be opened and supervised by 6:30a each day. Camp check-in begins between 7:15a/7:30a. Warm ups begin at 8a. Break begins at 10a that lasts 30-40 minutes. Cool down/take down will begin at 11:45a/11:50a. Participants should be picked up no later than noon.
Cost: Participants signing up before May 31, 2024 will pay $60, after May 31, the price will increase to $70 - Refunds can only be offered if absence is expressed more than a week prior to camp date.
About: The Youth day will introduce the fundamentals of volleyball through drills and fun games. The All-Skills day will consist of going over fundamentals of volleyball, game like drills, and fun competitions. The Prospect day will focus on game like situations, refining fundamentals, and competitive game play. Campers will receive instruction from our current Kalamazoo College Assistant volleyball coach, current athletes, and trusted volunteers. Campers will receive a T-shirt that is included in their camp fee. Campers should bring with them their lunch, a water bottle, volleyball or running shoes, knee pads are optional, and athletic attire.
