The 2018 Kalamazoo College baseball seniors honored professors Amy MacMillan, Justin Berry and Mari Wielopolski as Most Valuable Professors prior to the home baseball doubleheader on Saturday, April 21.
Joe Giacalone and Josh Reuter chose Dr. Justin Berry from the political science department. Joe calls Dr. Berry an excellent example of how a professor can be understanding and flexible with a student-athlete's hectic schedule. Josh describes Dr. Berry as the best professor he has had in four years.
Professor Amy MacMillan of the business department was selected by Todd Bonnivier. This is Amy's third MVP selection this spring. Todd appreciates Professor MacMillan for her energy and for making class enjoyable every day.
Professor Mari Wielopolski of the business department was selected by Connor Grant, Andre Gard and Ryan Orr. All three appreciate Mari's flexibility with the baseball schedule and her willingness to go above and beyond for her students.
