The 2017-18 Kalamazoo College men's and women's soccer teams were recognized as Team Academic Award winners by the United Soccer Coaches. 

College soccer teams with a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher earn the Team Academic Award.

The Hornet women's team maintained a 3.50 GPA while the men's team carried a 3.30 last year. The women's team has now earned the honor six straight years while the men's team earned the honor for the fourth time since 2010.

Kalamazoo is one of 191 schools with both their men's and women's programs recognized this year.
