Jen Bailey joined Kalamazoo College as fitness and wellness director during the summer of 2016.
Jen was assistant director of fitness and wellness programs at Western Michigan University since 2004 where she has helped to develop, administer and assess programs aimed at improving student health and well-being while promoting and advocating lifelong physical activity through fitness and wellness programs and services. She helped plan, coordinate and implement various fitness and wellness programs for WMU faculty, staff, retirees and spouses. Jen also served in the WMU Department of Health, Physical Education and Recreation and in the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Wellness Department as an instructor.
Jen earned a B.S. degree in education and M.A. degree in physical education from WMU. She is currently completing her M.B.A. degree from WMU.
