Almost entirely grass, with only one asphalt cart path crossing--¼” or ⅜” spikes are recommended. Both men’s and women’s courses feature a significant downhill-followed-by-uphill section between 600m and 1400m into the race and also between 2400m and 1600m to go in the race. Other than those two segments, both courses run flat and fast with mostly wide, sweeping turns. All mile and kilometer splits will be marked, and all mile splits will be called out as runners pass. The course will open at 9:00am on meet day for inspection. Please remind your athletes and fans to stay off greens and tees!

Spectator Parking
Fans may park in the unreserved sections of the golf course lot until it is full. Overflow parking will be in the northwest section of the Walmart lot across the street. Parking marshals will assist pedestrians in crossing G Avenue to the golf course, but please exercise caution--vehicles travel at 55 mph or more along this stretch of road.

The Walmart store manager requests that there be no tailgating in the Walmart parking lot.

Restrooms
There will be eight porta-potties behind the starting area and two near the finish chute. No showers are available at the golf course.

Race Results
