ADRIAN, Mich. – The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team fell by a score of 65-46 on the road to Adrian College on Wednesday night.
After trading the lead through the first ten minutes of the contest, Kalamazoo cooled off from the floor and Adrian slowly pulled ahead to lead 27-16 at the half. The Hornets shot 48 percent from the floor in the second half, but Adrian shot even better at 51.9 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from three point range to put the game out of reach.
For the game the Hornets hit 40 percent of their attempts from the field while Adrian connected on 48 percent of its shots.
Tanner Blyly led K with 17 points and six rebounds and Jimmy Paprocki also hit double figures with 12 points.
Jordan Harris led four Adrian players in double figures with 18 points.
Kalamazoo will travel to Alma on Saturday, January 27th for a 3 p.m. game.
