Men's Basketball Falls to Anderson

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team was defeated 75-70 by Anderson University on Saturday afternoon. 

After controlling the score much of the first half and taking a 40-32 lead into halftime, the Hornets found themselves trading baskets with the Ravens in the second half. The game featured only two lead changes, but was tied eight times throughout the day. 

Anderson maintained a close lead down the stretch due to Kalamazoo's last made field goal coming with 4:55 left on the clock. 

The Hornets were led offensively by Tanner Blyly's 17 points and four rebounds. 

Ben Reiter added 14 for Kalamazoo off the bench as the reserves scored 34 of the 70 points. 

Kalamazoo returns to Anderson Athletic Center on Friday, Nov. 23 when they host Lawrence Tech for a 5 p.m. tipoff.
