Men's Basketball Defeated at Case Western

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team dropped its game against Case Western Reserve on Saturday afternoon, 80-57. 

It was a slow afternoon for the Hornets on the offensive end as they finished the game at 29.8 percent from the field. 

Kalamazoo scored 26 of its 57 points in the first half as it found itself trailing by 11 (37-26) at the break. The Hornets cut the deficit to just seven early in the second half, but were unable to complete a comeback. 

The Hornets were led offensively by Ben Reiter's 13 points. 

Jeremiah Vincent and Bass Ollie each added seven points. Vincent's seven rebounds were a team high. 

Kalamazoo has a week off before hosting Spring Arbor on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 5 p.m.
