WEST OLIVE, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team finished fourth overall at the MIAA Spring Qualifying Tournament after posting a fourth place 326 on Saturday. It was Kalamazoo's first-ever appearance in the three round spring tournament to determine that league's automatic qualifier to the NCAA III Championhips.

Travis Veenhuis led Kalamazoo with a 75 on Saturday.

Nick Ludka shot an 81 while Nick Marsh and Riley Boyd both came in at 85.

The team's fourth-place finish in the fall was the program's best finish since 1993 and propelled the team to the spring qualifying tournament.
