TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team finished second at the Rose-Hulman Invitational this weekend.
After shooting 283 on Friday, Kalamazoo's 295 on Saturday put the Hornets in second place behind Parkland, one of the top teams in the nation.
Travis Veenhuis was tournament medalist for the second year in a row, shooting six under over the two days with a 65 on Friday and 69 on Saturday.
Jackson Jones tied for 10th overall at 148 (70-78). Zach Colburn tied for 13th (75-74--149) along with Nick Ludka (73-76--149).
Kalamazoo returns to action April 13 with the Shootout at Stonehedge in Richland, Mich.
