SANDUSKY, Ohio - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team is in fifth place following the first day of golf at the Battle at the Brook hosted by Ohio Wesleyan at Plum Brook Country Club.

Kalamazoo shot 313 as a team, four strokes out of fifth and 10 strokes out of third.

Jackson Jones and Parker Pickell both shot 74's to tie for 10th overall. 

Mathew Holmes-Hackerd came in at 82 while Zach Colburn shot 83.

Sunday's final round is currently scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.
