Men's Soccer wins 2-0 at Olivet

OLIVET, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team used a pair of second half goals to win 2-0 at Olivet on Saturday. The win moved Kalamazoo into third place in the MIAA standings with two contests still to be played Saturday night.

Cal Kirchen scored both goals for the Hornets in a span of just over three minutes (67:22 and 70:45).

Kalamazoo outshot Olivet 8-4 overall including 5-2 on goal.

Griffin Hamel made two saves in goal to earn the shutout.

Kalamazoo returns home Tuesday, Oct. 11 to face Alma at 7 p.m.
