Men's Soccer Defeated by North Park

CHICAGO, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team lost a physical match with North Park Wednesday night that featured 33 fouls by a score of 2-0. 

The Vikings got the scoring started in the 39th minute when Patrick Knap found the back of the net. Shatil Khoury scored the final goal of the match in the 42nd minute to give North Park a 2-0 advantage.

Junior midfielder Nick Kraeuter led the offensive attack for the Hornets with three shots and one on goal. Luke Kastran was solid in net for Kalamazoo with eight saves. 

The Hornets come home to MacKenzie Field on Saturday, September 8 for their first of four straight home matches. The match is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
