Scott Roberts of the Kalamazoo College men's swimming and driving team was honored as the Hornet of the Week by the Kalamazoo College Athletic Leadership Council on Tuesday.
Roberts, a senior from Round Rock, Texas (Cedar Ridge HS), was a key part of three winning relay teams over the weekend.
As a part of the 200 Medley Relay, 200 Free Relay and 400 Free Relay, Roberts posted times of 21.9 split in the 50 Free, 49.70 in the 100 Free and 1:50 in the 200 Free to lead the Hornets to their first dual meet victory of the season.
Kalamazoo returns to action Nov. 29 - Dec. 1 at the Calvin Invitational.
