Men's Swimming & Diving Splits With Hope, Alma

HOLLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's swimming and diving team had split results in a meet with Alma and Hope Friday evening. Kalamazoo defeated Alma 170-68 but lost 163-109 to Hope.

Kalamazoo took first place in six events.

The Hornets also finished second in the 200 Medley Relay (Fouque, Howrey, Thielking, Karubas), 50 Freestyle (Andre Fouque), 100 Freestyle (Tim Karubas), 200 Backstroke (Tyler Sakalys-Moore), 500 Freestyle (Nick Cohee), 3M Diving (Sam Ankley), 400 IM (August Thielking), and the 200 Free Relay (Crane, Cohee, Keith, Charles).

Kalamazoo is scheduled to compete next at the MIAA Championships at Calvin. Those dates were changed to March 11 and 13.
