Men's Tennis falls to No. 18 Gustavus Adolphus

ELKHORN, Wis. - The No. 37 Kalamazoo College men's tennis team lost 7-2 to No. 18 Gustavus Adolphus on Sunday.

Gustavus swept the three doubles matches before winning four of the six singles matches in straight sets. Gustavus' doubles wins included narrow wins at two (9-8(7)) and three (9-7).

Branden Metzler won 6-3, 7-5 in a battle of ranked players at one singles.

Eric De Witt won 6-4, 6-3 at four singles for Kalamazoo's other point.

Kalamazoo returns home to face Calvin on Tuesday, April 19 at 4 p.m.
