Men's Tennis sweeps Albion

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team swept Albion 9-0 to close out the regular season at Stowe Stadium on Saturday.

Kalamazoo improved to 16-1 overall and won the MIAA outright with a 7-0 league record.

Kalamazoo did not lose a game in doubles, winning each of the three matches by a score of 8-0. Kalamazoo won all six singles matches in straight sets.

Winning for Kalamazoo in doubles were: Branden Metzler/Elan Dantus (1), Eric De Witt/Spencer Navarre (2) and Jacob Scott/Alberto Ayala (3).

Winning in singles for the Hornets were: Branden Metzler (1), Daniel Henry (2), Elan Dantus (3), Eric De Witt (4), Allen Vinson (5) and Spencer Navarre (6).

Kalamazoo will host an MIAA Tournament semifinal match on Thursday, May 4.
