Softball falls at Benedictine

BENEDICTINE, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College softball team played a non-conference doubleheader at Benedictine University on Tuesday.

Benedictine won the opener 10-2 after scoring seven runs in the first two innings. Andrea MacMichael had two of Kalamazoo's hits, including a double. Nori Seita drove in two runs.

Benedicitine won the second game 6-0 after scoring a pair of runs in each of the first, fourth and fifth innings. 

Kalamazoo had seven hits in the game led by Erin DuRoss and Isabella Kirck each with two.

Kalamazoo is currently scheduled to play again at the University of Chicago on Saturday, April 29.
