Softball drops two to No. 10 Saint Mary's

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College softball team lost both games of a doubleheader to No. 10 Saint Mary's College 11-0 and 12-0 in the home finale Saturday.

Game One

Saint Mary's scored at least one run in five of the six innings en route to the win.

Nina Szalkiewicz had a double while Ashley Schiffer and Briana Huisken each singled for the Hornets.

Game Two

Saint Mary's scored in each of the first three innings while holding Kalamazoo scoreless.

Anna Majewski and Maija Weaver each had a hit for Kalamazoo.

The Hornets wrap up the season Sunday in non-conference action at North Central College.
