Whitney Leiderman joined the Kalamazoo College coaching staff in 2016.
Leiderman was a four year starter at Lake Forest College (Ill.) where she earned a degree in communication in 2015. She helped the Foresters to a conference championship in 2014 and conference and regional championships in 2015. She ranks in the top 10 in 16 categories in the school record book, and was named Midwest Conference South Position Player of the Year in 2013 after leading the league in home runs and stolen bases.
In addition to her extensive playing experience, Leiderman has coached three years at the Kalamazoo Valley Softball Clinic.
Leiderman resides in Portage with her parents, David and Diane. She enjoys hanging out with friends, playing slow pitch softball, and vacationing anywhere it's warm and there's a beautiful beach!
