Women's Golf Ties for Eighth at MIAA Jamboree

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's golf team tied for eighth at the MIAA Jamboree hosted by Albion at The Medalist on Thursday.

Kalamazoo tied with Adrian with a score of 365, just seven strokes out of seventh place and nine strokes out of sixth.

Darby Scott tied for seventh overall with an 81 which also ties her for what previously was the second-lowest round in school history.

Cydney Martell shot 87 to tie for 20th overall.

Heather Muir came in at 93 while Claire Kalina shot 104.

Kalamazoo is scheduled to return to action Saturday, Sept. 15 at The Scotland USA Invitational hosted by Alma.
