Women's Lacrosse falls at Rhodes

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team fell to Rhodes College, 23-3, Monday afternoon.

All three Hornet goals came in the second half with the first coming at the 27:47 mark from Nicole Huff.

Vethania Stavropoulus scored the Hornets' second goal off a free position attempt with 18:49 remaining. Amanda Moss closed out the scoring with an unassisted goal with 11:57 to play.

Katie Johnson made 15 saves in goal for the Hornets and Kalamazoo did win the ground ball battle by a 34-33 margin.

After a four-game road trip, the Hornets are set to head home for an April 2 matchup with North Central. Game time is scheduled for 12 p.m.
