Hannah Heeren was named SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Women's Hornet of the Week on Tuesday. It is her second selection this season.

A sophomore from Belmont, Mich. (Rockford HS), scored five goals and assisted on two others in Kalamazoo's 8-6 win at Concordia Chicago on Saturday. She was also credited with four ground balls, three caused turnovers and two draw controls.

On the season, Heeren has 24 goals and four assists with 23 ground balls and 21 draw controls.

The Hornets (4-1) are scheduled to be back in action Saturday, March 19 at Hanover.
