Women's Lacrosse Wins at Guilford

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team won 12-6 at Guilford College on Wednesday.

Kalamazoo led 4-3 after the first quarter but saw the game tied 5-5 at halftime. The Hornets pulled ahead 8-6 in the third before scoring all four goals in the fourth.

Kalamazoo outshot Guilford 35-14, including 23-9 on goal.

Rose Bogard led the Hornets with five goals, one assist, 11 ground balls and seven caused turnovers. 

Hannah Heeren scored three goals with an assist and nine draw controls.

Jordan Flink was credited with three saves in goal.

Kalamazoo returns home to face Concordia Wisconsin on Sunday, March 27 at 1 p.m.
