Women's Lacrosse Defeated at Saint Mary's

NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team lost 23-15 at Saint Mary's College on Tuesday. Saint Mary's led 16-8 at halftime.

The Belles outshot Kalamazoo 39-30 including 33-27 on goal. Kalamazoo held a 23-18 advantage in draw controls.

Hannah Heeren scored five goals with two assists, five ground balls and 10 draw controls.

Rose Bogard scored five goals with two assists, five ground balls, four draw controls and three caused turnovers.

Mackenzie Maiorano added three goals with two assists.

Kalamazoo returns home to face Albion on Saturday, April 23 at 4 p.m.
