Larkin O'Gorman was selected as the Kalamazoo College Athletic Leadership Council's first women's Hornet of the Week for her performance during the first week of the season.
Gorman, a freshman from Beverly Hills, Mich. (Groves HS), scored the game-tying goal and then assisted on the game-winning goal in her first collegiate game as the Hornets won their season opener 3-1 over MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) last week.
The women's soccer team returns to action Friday, Sept. 7 when the Hornets take on Aurora University at Wheaton College.
