For the third consecutive year, a group of at least four women's swimmers are set to represent the Hornets at the NCAA Division III Championships.

This year, it's a group of four, all of which have at least been to the last three NCAA Championships, and they'll be doing it for the last time in their collegiate careers at the 2017 Championships.

Representing the Black and Orange

A perfect 4-for-4 in trips to the NCAA Championships in her storied career, Tristyn Edsall hopes to leave K with a lasting legacy as one of two swimmers to qualify individually. The 2014-15 MIAA Most Valuable Swimmer, Edsall is set to individually race the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. Her strongest finish in any individual event came during the 2014-15 National Championships when she placed 19th in the 50 freestyle.

Also qualifying for NCAAs individually was Colleen Orwin for the third consecutive year. Leading K with three individual first place finishes at the MIAA Championships this season and winning 2015-16 MIAA Most Valuable Swimmer recognition, the Portage, Mich. native will compete individually in the 200 individual medley, 400 individual medley and 200 butterfly.

Joining Edsall and Orwin in Shenandoah, Texas this year will once again be Ellen Neveux and Christina Park. The four of them combined will compete in the 200 freestyle relay, the 400 freestyle relay, the 200 medley relay and the 400 medley relay. As a group, the four seniors' highest finish came at last year's championships placing 16th in the 200 medley relay.
