KALAMAZOO, Mich. – For the second consecutive week, Kalamazoo diver Madeline Woods has been named MIAA Diver of the Week after sweeping the diving events at the Hope quad meet over the weekend.

Woods has thrived in Hope's pool this season as she captured last week's Diver of the Week honor after taking first in both of the diving events in K's dual meet with Hope. This week she outdid that performance as she scored 252.95 on the one meter board and 244.10 on the three meter board to not only win both events, but set the pool record in the three meter event. She adds this pool record to the Kalamazoo records she holds on both the one and three meter boards.

The senior from Ann Arbor is being honored as Diver of the Week for the third time this season and fifth time in her outstanding career.

Woods and the rest of the K team will return to action on Saturday, January 20th with a dual meet at Albion.
