KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Kalamazoo College's Nicki Bailey has been named MIAA Diver of the Week on Monday for her efforts at the Calvin Invitational over the weekend. 

Bailey, a sophomore from Grand Rapids, Mich. (Forest Hills Central), continued a solid season by finishing second on the three meter board against a field of many NCAA Division II schools with a score of 408.25. Bailey also added a third place finish on the one meter board which qualified her for the NCAA Regional in the event. 

Already an All-American winner in her first year with the Hornets, the sophomore is now adding the second MIAA Diver of the Week award of her young career. Bailey was named MIAA Diver of the Year last season. 

The Hornets are scheduled to compete next at the Wheaton Quad Meet on Jan. 12, 2019.
