LAWRENCE, Kansas - Mary Trimble and Emily Tenniswood competed at the CSCAA (College Swimming Coaches Association of America) Open Water Championships Saturday at Lone Star Lake.

Trimble completed the 5K (3.1 mile) race in 1:19.49 to finish 74th overall. Tenniswood was 75th with a time of 1:20.02.

Kalamazoo College is scheduled to open the dual meet season Oct. 12 at Saginaw Valley State.
