GRANVILLE, Ohio - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team lost 8-1 at Denison University on Sunday. The host Big Red finished last season ranked No. 12 in the nation.
After winning the three doubles points, Denison won five of the six singles matches.
Ella Knight earned a 6-2, 3-6, 15-13 win at five singles for the Hornets.
Kalamazoo returns to action beginning March 17 with four scheduled matches during the team's spring trip to Orlando.
