Volleyball falls in four to Olivet

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team was defeated in four sets by Olivet College on Wednesday, 25-15, 23-25, 25-11, 25-21.

Shelby Suseland led Kalamazoo with seven kills while Noa Yaakoby had six.

Olivia Cares and Sophie Spencer each had five kills. 

Paige Johnson led the team with 26 assists. Dana DeVito had a team-high 17 digs. 

Kalamazoo had six team blocks in the match with Yaakoby, Johnson, Cares and Suseland each in on at least two blocks.

The Hornets return to action this Saturday, Oct. 3 with a pair of non-conference matches at Wis.-Platteville.
