KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team fell to Alma in four sets on Saturday.
After losing the first two sets (25-14, 25-16), the Hornets came back to win the third set, 25-22, before dropping the last set 25-20.
Madi Goodman led Kalamazoo with 15 kills in the match. Shelby Suseland and Rachel Girard added nine kills each.
Zoey Ammon and Grace Kraft contributed 23 and 14 assists respectively.
Freshman Maddie Wojcik led Kalamazoo defensively with 24 digs. Girard and Kate Schultz each had 10 digs.
Kalamazoo returns home on Wednesday, Sept. 26 for a match with Calvin College at 7 p.m.
