Volleyball Falls at Trine

ANGOLA, Ind. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team lost in three sets at Trine on Wednesday.

After falling 25-16 and 25-17 in the first two sets, Kalamazoo made a run in the third set before eventually falling 26-24.

Trine hit .241 for the match compared to .046 for Kalamazoo.

Lindsey Nedd led the Hornets with six kills. Hannah Kerns added five while Ashley Rill and Madi Goodman each had four.

Grace Kraft led the team with 21 assists while Taylor Ferguson had 24 digs. Rill also reached double-digits with 12 digs.

Kalamazoo returns home to face North Park in a non-conference match Friday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m.
