Fifteen of Kalamazoo College's varsity athletic teams earned the 2021-22 MIAA Team GPA award as announced by the league on August 3, 2022.
The award is presented to conference teams that achieve a 3.300 or better grade point average for the entire academic year. This award is administered by the Faculty Athletic Representatives of the MIAA member colleges.

Kalamazoo College's total of 15 teams is the most in school history. The Hornets have had 14 teams honored four times previously (2020-21, 2019-20, 2017-18, 2016-17).
While not recognized by this award, all 18 Kalamazoo College athletic teams had team GPAs of 3.2 or higher.
