Darby Scott joined the Kalamazoo College men's and women's golf coaching staff in the fall of 2022.
Coach Scott joins the staff after playing on the Hornets women's golf team from 2018-22. During that time, she was a four-time medalist by winning the Steven Tyler Intercollegiate in her first season and then an MIAA Jamboree, the Cleary Invitational, and the MIAA Fall Final in her senior season. In addition, Scott was a two-time All-MIAA First Team member and was on the second team in her other two seasons. Scott's best round came during the 2021-22 season, where she shot a 73 on day two of the MIAA Fall Final, earning an individual first-place finish and boosting the team up to a second-place finish overall. She concluded her career with a scoring average of 82 in 50 matches, including an 81.4 average in 22 MIAA matches.
A four-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll member, three-time WGCA All-American Scholar, and Maggie Wardle Prize winner, Scott graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology in May 2022.
