ROYAL OAK, Mich. - Kalamazoo College men's soccer freshmen Noah Bushaw and Joshua Robison were named to the All-MIAA Second Team for their efforts during the 2013 season.

Bushaw, a St. Clair Shores native, started in 18 games in the back for the Hornets. The defender scored three goals this season including game-winners at Calvin and at Trine.

"Noah [Bushaw] has been a very consistent performer for the full course of the season," Kalamazoo Head Coach Lumumba Shabazz said. "He applies himself diligently and works very hard. I look forward to his continued growth."

Robison, an Okemos native, also started in 18 contests for Kalamazoo. Patrolling the midfield, Robison did not score, but assisted on five K goals throughout the year.

"Joshua [Robison] sacrificed a lot for the team," Shabazz said. "He played out of his natural attacking position quite a few times this season but plays with the same dedication, discipline, and passion. He is a pleasure to coach."

Kalamazoo finished the season at 8-10-1 including a 6-7-1 finish in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association. The Hornets fells to Calvin 3-0 in the MIAA Tournament semifinal.
