GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team won 9-0 at Calvin College's Huizenga Tennis and Track Center on Wednesday.
Kalamazoo won all three doubles matches before winning all six singles matches in straight sets. Daniel Henry had the deciding victory at No. 2 singles.
Daniel Henry/Ian Yi won 8-3 at one doubles. Casey Johnson/Jai Banerji won 8-5 at two. Peter Fitzgerald/Dylan Drier won 8-3 at three.
Ian Yi lost just one game at one singles, 6-1, 6-0. Henry (2), Johnson (3), Banerji (4), Gabe Vidinas (5), and Fitzgerald (6) also won in straight sets.
Kalamazoo (3-0, 1-0 MIAA) is scheduled to be back in action on Friday, April 9 at Alma.
