ALMA Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team won 9-0 at Alma College on Friday afternoon to improve to a perfect 4-0 on the season.
The Hornets won all three of their doubles matches and went on to win all six singles matches against the Scots in straight sets.
Ian Yi and Daniel Henry blanked their opponents 8-0 at No. 1 doubles. Peter Fitzgerald and Titus Metzler won 8-1 at No. 2 doubles, and Casey Johnson and Dylan Drier won 8-0 at the No. 3 spot.
Yi defeated Alma's Brandon Ralston 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 singles. Metzler, Johnson, Jai Banerji, Gabe Vindinas and Fitzgerald all won in straight sets at No. 2-6.
Kalamazoo (4-0, 2-0 MIAA) is scheduled to play at home next week against Trine on April 12.
