ALMA, Mich. - The Alma College softball team swept a doubleheader over Kalamazoo 3-2 and 17-1 on Saturday.
Game One
Alma won the opener 3-2. The host Scots scored three in the fourth before Kalamazoo scored two in the sixth on Sam Moss' two-run single.
Reese Koski also had a hit in the game for the Hornets.
Alma had five hits.
Game Two
Alma led 6-0 after two innings before adding 11 runs in the final two innings to take the 17-1 win.
Kalamazoo scored a run in the third on a home run by Lucy Hart.
Sam Moss had a double. Julia Rambo and Nikki Gorder both singled.
Kalamazoo is scheduled to travel to Trine on Monday, April 18 for a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m.
