KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team lost 18-11 to Trine University Saturday at MacKenzie Field.
Trine led 9-4 at halfime.
Kalamazoo held a 32-31 advantage in shots, including 25-24 on goal.
Rose Bogard led the Hornets with six goals, seven ground balls, six draw controls and four caused turnovers.
Hannah Heeren scored three goals with four ground balls and eight draw controls.
Mackenzie Mairoano added three assists. Alli Klinger had two assists.
Kalamazoo is back in action Tuesday, April 19 at Saint Mary's.
