Zoe Barnes joined the Kalamazoo College women's soccer coaching staff in the fall of 2022.
Coach Barnes is a women's soccer alumni, playing from 2014-2017 for the Hornets. In 31 games as a forward with seven starts, Barnes collected a goal and assists each for three points. She was also an MIAA Academic Honor Roll member. This is Coach Barnes' first assistant coach opportunity but helped out with Kalamazoo soccer camps over the summers while playing.
Barnes finished her specialist degree in school psychology in May 2022 after receiving her master's degree in clinical child and school psychology in December 2020 from Southern Illinois University. She finished her bachelor's studies at Kalamazoo in 2018 with a dual degree in Spanish and psychology, with a minor in ANSO.
She currently resides in Kalamazoo with her significant other, Ricardo del Olmo Parrado, who is also a Kalamazoo alum and the current tennis assistant coach.
