KENOSHA, Wis. - The Kalamazoo College women's swimming and diving team finished fourth out of 11 teams at the Carthage Classic Dec. 2-4.
Saturday's Results
Eve Petrie won the 3-meter diving event with a score of 418.60. Sam Vande Pol was second (382.45) and Sarah Densham finished fourth (354.50).
In the 1-meter event, Vande Pol finished second (387.30), Petrie was third (379.95), and Densham was fourth (354.00).
In the 50 Freestyle, Camille Misra finished fourth (:25.13) while Mya Richter was fifth (:25.23).
The 400 Free Relay (Mary Trimble, Mya Richter, Kelsey Logsdon, Camille Misra) was fifth with a time of 3:41.45.
Friday's Results
The 200 Free Relay (Mary Trimble, Kelsey Logsdon, Mya Richter, Camille Misra) took first place Friday night with a time of 1:39.33.
Mary Trimble finished second in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 5:13.32.
Camille Misra had Kalamazoo's other top-five finish Friday coming in fourth in the 100 Freestyle in :54.74.
The Hornets are in fourth place out of 11 teams following Friday night's competition.
Thursday's Results
The 800 Free Relay (Mary Trimble, Farah Ghazal, Kelsey Logsdon, Olivia Anderson) had the best finish of the night coming in third with a time of 8:10.33.
In Thursday's other event, Mary Trimble finished seventh in the 1650 Freestyle with a time of 18:27.55.
The Hornets are in third place out of 11 teams after the opening night.
