KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team defeated Olivet 9-0 at home on Sunday. The match began at Stowe Stadium before moving indoors to the Markin Center due to rain.
Kalamazoo swept the three doubles matches before winning all six singles matches in straight sets.
Caroline Norton/Renee Torres, Sophie Zhuang/Meghan Killmaster and Olivia Wolfe/Ella Knight won in doubles.
Norton, Torres, Knight, Ivy Walker, Rebecca Elias and Lauren Marshall won in singles. Norton, Knight and Elias each won 6-0, 6-0.
The Hornets are off until May 5 when the MIAA Tournament begins. The Hornets finished the MIAA regular season 7-1.
