Mark Wierenga

Mark Wierenga joined the Kalamazoo College baseball coaching staff during the 2012-13 season. He is a bench coach and also works with the catchers and hitters.
Most recently, Wierenga served as the varsity baseball assistant head coach at Holland Christian High School from 2009-11.
Previously, Wierenga was the head varsity baseball coach at Grand Rapids South Christian High School (2004-06) and junior varsity head baseball coach at Grand Rapids Christian (1998-2000).
Wierenga graduated from and played baseball at Grand Rapids Christian High School and Calvin College. He owns AJACS in Grand Rapids and resides in Holland with his wife, Sara, and two daughters.
