KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Senior defensive standouts Dylan Zerki and Octavius Sanders will represent the United States of America in the Tazón de Estrellas (Bowl of the Stars) on Dec. 19 in Baja, Mexico.

The postseason bowl game selects the top Division III talent from around the country to take on a group of All Stars from the CONADEIP private universities in Mexico. 2015 marks the seventh meeting between the American All Stars and the Mexican All Stars.

Zerki and Sanders come into the postseason game as headline names after putting up strong numbers in their final season as Hornets. Zerki—Kalamazoo College's all-time leading tackler—ended his senior season with 104 tackles, three sacks and 11 tackles for a loss. He compiled 404 tackles during his career.

Sanders was a staple in the Hornets secondary ending the 2015 season with five interceptions, including three which were returned for touchdowns. He also recorded a team-high 12 pass breakups.

With their selection to the Tazón de Estrellas, Sanders and Zerki join a list of six other Hornets to play in the postseason All Star game.
