The Kalamazoo College men's and women's basketball teams will host a special event with S3A (Sexual Safety and Support Alliance) as part of their home doubleheader on Saturday, Jan. 24.
S3A will be in attendance with information as well as opportunities to show support. Pizza will also be available at the games.
S3A is a confidential peer-to-peer alliance for members of the K community who are survivors of sexual assault, those who have been affected by sexual assault and persons accused of sexual misconduct. Their aim is to reduce sexual assault on the Kalamazoo College campus by providing confidential support, referrals and accurate information to men and women about sexual assault, sexual rights, healthy relationships and campus conduct and response issues.
S3A hosts events and discussion on campus regarding the many issues regarding sexual harassment as well as working towards resolving these issues.
