ALBION - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team finished sixth at the first MIAA Jamboree of the 2013 season on Thursday. The Hornets shot 325 as a team at The Medalist and were just one stroke out of fifth place and eight strokes behind the leader.
Will Reichle led Kalamazoo with a 78 after shooting 37 on the front nine. David Smith finished with a 79.
Agron Ziberi posted an 82 while Jack Fowler finished at 86 to round out the top four.
Kalamazoo returns to action on Friday, Sept. 13 with the second MIAA Jamboree hosted by Adrian at Lenawee Country Club.
