WEST OLIVE, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team shot 318 during the second round of the MIAA Spring Qualifier. The third and final round tees off Saturday at 9 a.m. with the winnner earning an automatic bid to the NCAA III Championships.
Kalamazoo's 318 was six strokes behind Trine in third place. Hope shot 288 while Calvin finished second at 295.
Nick Ludka, Travis Veenhuis and Nick Marsh each shot a 78 on Friday. Riley Boyd took the fourth spot with an 84.
After two rounds Hope leads at 585. Calvin follows at 597 while Trine has 631 and Kalamazoo 642.
